(Camp Allen's Covid Precautions at the end)
Come and retreat to a cozy mountain lodge in the woods. Women will find shelter and comfort in God as they explore the biblical account of Ruth and Naomi in a welcoming mountain lodge-inspired experience. Through Bible study, small group discussion, worship, and personal reflection, women discover God is our firm foundation, he is faithful and always there for us, and Jesus is our redeemer.

All Cost Options include: Retreat Registration, Hotel Stay, Meals, Bag, T-shirt, Materials, and 2 Late Night Group Activities.

If you would like to supply a scholarship for someone who may not be able to attend otherwise, you can register twice and your second registration will count as the scholarship.

Camp Allen Covid Precautions:

Conference Center: We began hosting conference center guests again in late May. Guests receive the same wonderful hospitality Camp Allen is known for, but you will visibly see some changes we have made.

Front desk & Check-in: We have installed plexi-glass at our registration desk for added protection for our visitors and front desk personnel. There are social distancing floor signs in the lobby and main corridors. We encourage guests to bring their own masks, but we will also offer complimentary face masks to our guests for their convenience. (one mask per guest)

Meal serving lines: Our meal service will be arranged differently and Camp Allen staff will serve guests behind a shield guard. You can expect the same great food selections that our guests have grown to love. Our salad bar will consist of prepared salads with prepackaged toppings. We will have hand sanitizer clearly available at the beginning of the serving line and at drink stations. Our remodeled kitchen has a larger dish return window to reduce crowding after meals.

Dining seating: We will arrange and suggest tables of 4 unless it is a family already living together. If space allows, small group private dining may be available for groups of 12 and under.

Cleaning: In addition to deep cleaning rooms and facilities, and increased service rotations, Camp Allen has engaged an eco-friendly company for long term disinfection of surfaces. This commercial antimicrobial product has proven effective in hospitals, schools, and gyms against viruses and lasts up to 90 days per application.

Meeting Spaces: In an effort to increase social distancing, larger meeting spaces and single hotel rooms will be granted when available at no upcharge. Meeting rooms will be cleaned daily and common surfaces like doorknobs and light switches have been treated with persistent disinfectant.

Activities: Most outdoor activities and pools will be available. The conference center fitness center will have special sanitary wipes for equipment and guidelines for use.

Lakeside Log Cabins & Grove Lodges: Cabins and lodges are cleaned after each rental and we are currently blocking additional time in between bookings for added guest safety. Social distancing is strongly recommended within these areas, but not determined by Camp Allen.
